He has been a qualified lawyer and a member of the Florence Bar Association since 2002. He has also been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2018.
He has extensive experience in the areas of leasing and banking law, representing, in and out of court, leading companies and banking institutions throughout Italy and, in particular, before the Courts of Florence and Milan.
He also deals with national and international contracts and advises companies on the internationalization process, credit protection and corporate crisis management.
He speaks and writes English with full professional proficiency.

He has been a member of the Florence Bar since 2017, has acquired substantial expe-rience and knowledge in real estate by working in leading Italian and correspondent English business law firms specializing in real estate law and through partnerships with leading notary firms.
Specifically, Mr. Pagliai has been involved in structuring complex real estate transac-tions, for Italian clients and foreign investors, providing assistance to both individu-als and companies.
Mr. Pagliai has gained experience in the international trade area, representing small businesses in the internationalization process and in the prevention and resolution of national and international disputes. His field of expertise also includes inheritance law, including cross-border inheritance, and estate planning, both for individuals and companies.
